Scan That Stay started with two familiar frustrations we encountered as hosts ourselves: printing welcome folders that nobody reads, and answering the same questions - the wifi password, the bins, the heating - at 11pm.
Our solution was to give each property a single page that guests reach by scanning a QR code. No app to install, no account to create - they scan, they get the answers, and the host's evening stays theirs. It worked well enough that we turned it into something any host can set up in about 10 minutes.
It costs £6 a month per property, you can cancel anytime, and re-open later.
